Named account management for Toshiba’s enterprise customers in Western United States. Work with Fortune 1000 companies delivering mobility solutions, including laptops, tablets, security products, and cloud-based endpoint management services.

  1. January 2006 – January 2011

Global Account Manager, HP Imaging and Printing

Provided account leadership for HP sales of hardware, and services solutions for Fortune 500 accounts. Drove $35M in incremental revenue at Microsoft, T-Mobile, Weyerhaeuser, Qwest, Nike, Starbucks, and Chevron and delivered world-class service and support. Led global sales and delivery team in more than 30 global markets, including Americas, Europe, and Asia.

  1. January 2003 – January 2006

Business Solutions Manager, Denali Advanced Integration

Provided primary service management for large account engagements. Delivered multiple projects with teams of up to 25 to ensure on-time on-budget delivery of IT services to health care clients. On-site teams delivered solutions including end-user technical support, new equipment deployment, and server/infrastructure upgrades.

Provided primary Founding member and key sales maker for a startup regional VAR (Value Added Reseller). Focus Computers was developed into $15 million dollar per year, 55 employee sales and service outsource company.
